Price Updates - 7.30.21
Hi Everyone: We have made some changes to our rates towards the new month, and is affective from hereon until any further notice of further changes.
We are experimenting with a new minimum 6hr block. 8hrs for bookings after 10pm through the night.
The 24hr Lockout must be used all at once.
The 28hr block is what was used to being referred to as our resident plans, where you may break the hours up by the minimum booking (6hrs). Must be used within a month’s time. Once hours are all used up, you would have to re-buy in for another 28hours if you wish to continue doing so. Or restart with our other booking options.
Also, we now have Engineer options. $25/hr for Assistant Engineers (with Mark or Ralph) who are trained to help run recording / tracking sessions with lite mix downs. And $45/hr for Head Engineer (Matt) who will be handling mixing & mastering to help finalize your projects.

For the best value for your buck and music, we would suggest for you to handle all your pre-production tasks at home, then come to the studio when you’re ready to fully produce them.
Pre-production includes: Beat Making and Songwriting, making sure you know the structures and lyrics you want to have for your song, before you are ready to record and mix & master them. This saves time and money, and speeds up the process so you can have more completed works to show for.
We know there’s those whom prefer to come with no premeditated thoughts when coming into a session, but this method helps to create a more efficient workflow.
And when you come to record with one of our Assistant Engineers to then get them mixed & mastered with our Head Engineer, it helps provide the best quality outcome and full experience service here at Knockhouse Studios.
